Divine Source of Light,
I come before You with humility and hope, seeking healing in every dimension of my being body, mind, heart, and soul. You are the wellspring of all life, the sacred breath that animates creation, the eternal flame that never dims. In Your presence, I lay down my burdens, my pain, my confusion, and my weariness. I surrender all that is fractured, all that is heavy, all that is hidden within me, trusting that nothing is beyond Your power to restore.
Let Your grace move through me like a river of light, flowing into every cell, every thought, every emotion, every shadowed corner of my spirit. Let it soothe the aches in my body, calm the storms in my mind, soften the wounds in my heart, and rekindle the sacred fire of my soul. Where there is illness, bring vitality. Where there is anxiety, bring peace. Where there is sorrow, bring comfort. Where there is doubt, bring clarity. Where there is numbness, bring awakening.
Lift me into wholeness, where I remember that I am not broken, but becoming. Help me release what no longer serves my growth—old stories, limiting beliefs, toxic patterns, and the pain I’ve carried for too long. Empower me to walk forward with courage, to speak with truth, to love with openness, and to live with purpose.
In Your sacred embrace, I am not alone. I am held, guided, and renewed. I feel Your presence anchoring me in the now, reminding me that healing is not only possible—it is already unfolding. Even in moments of stillness, Your work continues within me, gently, faithfully, completely.
